9500 Liberty, winner of the Charlotte Film Festival Best Documentary Award, will be premiering in DC on Thursday, October 1st, the opening night of DC APA Film Festival. At 9:30, after the screening, there will be a rooftop opening night festival party. It should be great fun. Some of the "stars" in the film will be in attendance.
9500 Liberty is a documentary about the culture war over immigration that tore about Prince William County, Virginia, a suburb of DC. It is also a cautionary tale about the impact of anti-immigrant legislation on a community and a recipe for what we can do to counter extremist politics.

Remember to hang onto your ticket so that you can get into the rooftop party after the screening.
