Monday, President Obama resubmitted to the Senate Professor Goodwin Liu’s nomination to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. In August, his nomination was returned to Obama per Senate rules. The Senate adjourns again in early October; therefore, it must vote before then. It is a critical time for Professor Liu’s nomination—tell Senate leaders to confirm Professor Liu now!
