September 30, 2009 - In a unanimous decision, the Asian Pacific Americans for Progress Political Action Committee (APAP PAC) proudly endorsed Dr. Manan Trivedi for the Democratic Nomination for the Congressional Seat in the 6th District of Pennsylvania.

As many of us know, the Philippines and Vietnam were recently struck by Typhoon Ketsana/Ondoy, bringing over a month's worth of rainfall in just a few hours, surpassing even the rainfall for Hurricand Katrina. According to Senator Akaka (D-HI), at least 284 Filipinos have died, and nearly half a million have lost their homes.
