Hello all, this information was passed to me by a volunteer in John Choe's campaign. John Choe is one of the more progressive candidates in a crowded race for the City Council seat for Flushing, New York.
John Choe is urgently seeking volunteers to help him get on the ballot for the District 20 City Council race in Flushing to fill former City Councilman John Liu's seat. Do your part to help elect the first Korean-American to the city council! Volunteers will be asked to petition for signatures, man tables as well as other duties. There are other Korean Americans candidates equally dedicated to Flushing...I think singling out only one candidate for such support shows partisanship, and not equal reporting.
I guess you mean SJ Jung...I don't have any info on volunteering for his campaign
APA has not endorsed anyone at this time and all posts are the opinions of their authors.
Furthermore, with one noteable exception, the candidates are all Democrats so i fail to see how posting this is "partisan"
like calvin said, this site is for anyone to blog on. it's definitely not about equal reportng. it's about who posts. APAP hasn't endorsed anyone yet. if you wish to write about the candidate you're supporting, go for it!
