After much delay, Professor Goodwin Liu’s nomination to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit will be voted on by the Senate Judiciary Committee today, Thursday, May 13 at 10 A.M. EDT. UPDATE: The Senate Judiciary Committee voted to report the nomination of Professor Liu to the Senate floor!
