What is one of the easiest ways to take action during the Jan. 12-20 AAPI Week of Action for Immigration Reform? It’s text messaging! All you have to do is take out your cell phone right now and text “AAPI” to the number 69866. Sending this text to the Reform Immigration FOR America mobile network should only take 10 seconds and is a simple way to get updates and stay involved.

Then, join us for the National AAPI Text-In day on Tuesday, January 19, by pulling out your cell phone one more time and texting “AAPI” to 69866. By texting in together, you are showing that AAPIs have unique needs in Immigration Reform and that we are going to fight for them. If you need a reminder, be sure to hit "attending" on the Facebook event page. 

During the last National Text-In Day, only 300 out of 74,500 supporters texted the word “AAPI” (different communities text different words).
