National Conference call on AAPI women’s issues Friday, May 13th

In honor of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, the White House Council on Women and Girls and the White House Initiative on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders invite you to a nationwide conference call on AAPI women’s issues this Friday, May 13th from 2:30pm -3:30pm Eastern.  Tina Tchen, Chief of Staff to the First Lady and Executive Director of the White House Council on Women and Girls, Lynn Rosenthal, White House Adviser on Violence Against Women, and other senior officials from the Departments of Labor and Health and Human Services will discuss the Affordable Care Act, workplace safety and health, violence against women, and other issues.
