Sacramento, CA –Don’t miss out on the biggest Pacific Islander Fitness Event of the year! Pacific Health Club (PHC) presents “PHC Launch Party” on February 26, 2011  10am-3pm at Hiram Johnson High School Gymnasium located at 6879 14^th Avenue, Sacramento, CA, 95820.  Established in 2010, PHC is a collaboration of Pacific Islander health and fitness professionals fighting obesity in Pacific Islander communities by providing specialized and effective fitness and nutrition programs designed for Pacific Islanders by Pacific Islanders. PHC will be celebrating its official launch in Sacramento with a full day of fitness excitement and fun-filled entertainment for all ages. The Launch Party is PHC’s biggest event yet! Be there to witness the unveiling of the remarkable final weight-loss results of our first-ever PHC 6-Week Challenge (The Pacific Islander version of “The Biggest Loser” challenge) winners who will receive an astounding makeover. There will be awesome PHC Lifestyles fitness events for all ages. Try out any one of these HIGH ENERGY, BODY TONING, and CORE STRENGTHENING workouts – Bootcamp warm-up with Owner and Pacific Islander Fitness Guru Val Fujii of Fujii Fitness, Hot Hula Fitness with live drums, and Muy Thai Boxing with hands-on sparring. Children ages 7 and under can hang out with PHC Fitness for Kids.

Cool down and enjoy the visual treat of the beautiful Polynesian dancers of Faiva ‘O Polinisia dance group from San Mateo, CA. Bonus events include lucrative raffle prizes, powerful inspiring testimonies of Pacific Islander individuals sharing their health and fitness success, and many more!
