Washington State faces a $4.8 billion budget deficit and our community cannot afford to sit on the sidelines. We must engage friends, families, neighbors, and ourselves on issues of education, economic development, and health and human services. If we don’t speak up for ourselves, how can we be sure that someone else will?

Ro Khanna and Vivek Kundra participate in IAFPE

In Milipitas, CA, over 200 participants attended the Indian American Forum for Political Education's National Convention on Saturday. I just checked out the schedule and it looks like there was a stellar guest list including Ro Khanna and Vivek Kundra, two members of President Obama's Administration.

The White House engagement with Native Hawaiians
