Asian American small business owner PAC trumpets victories

I actually have never heard of the Asian American Small Business PAC before, but it would stand to reason this constituency group would try to promote their business interests. And at $100,000, it would definitely make them one of the larger PAC's geared towards the AAPI community. The PAC is based in California and it's an impressive pipeline of elected officials, mostly Democrats. (I think Michelle Park Steel is the lone Republican.) Hopefully they can make a difference in Sacramento.

Warren Furutani elected Chair of API Legislative Caucus

Starting Sept. 11, California Assemblymember Warren Furutani takes over as the new Chair of the Asian Pacific Islander (API) Legislative Caucus in Sacremento. Founded just nine years ago, it's the second largest ethnic Caucus in the California legislature. From an email Warren just sent us:
