Andy Quach Apologizes for DUI... Is it Enough?

Here's a quick follow up to the story of Republican CA Assemblymember Van Tran disrupting the DUI investigations of his friend Westminster City Councilman Andy Quach, 37. On August 1, Quach called Tran to the scene of an accident, after crashing his black S550 Mercedes-Benz into a power pole.
