We helped make history this week. The Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors (DREAM) Act has officially passed in the House. The Senate vote has been moved to next week to reflect the House bill.

Sample script: Hello, I'm calling as a constituent of (your state) and as a member of Asian Pacific Americans for Progress (APAP) to support the DREAM Act. The DREAM ACT has significant impacts on the Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) community, nearly 40% of the students at University of California system alone that would benefit from the DREAM Act are AAPI. It would provide a pathway to citizenship to undocumented students who arrived in the U.S. before the age of 15, have lived in the U.S for at least five years, graduated from a U.S. high school and are pursuing their education or serving in the military. I call on (your Senator) to support the DREAM Act. *Note: Be willing to give out your contact information to Congressional staffers to identify you as a constituent of their respective areas.

i strongly support the dream act and hope that it is a posative result. Of not (god forbid) then we will continuewith our fight to win and help illegals all ovet the nation!!!

I DO NOT WANT to help ILLEGAL ALIENS win more benefits. I DO NOT want my tax dollars going to support these criminals. Illegals already cost us dearly in costs and resources. Why do you insist to reward criminals. Why do you insist on placing them on a pedestal? We have our own citizens in need of help. If these illegals want help send them back to their countries for the help. And especially if they think their home countries are so damn great,which some evidentally do, since some wave the Mexican Flags. We can not do everything for everyone here. You people are dangerous. And this HAS NOTHING to do with racism. Americans are of all nationalities and color. So when you call Americans racist you essentially call your own people racists. A lot of this has to do with resources and our resources are in the drink right now.
NO DREAM ACT and NO AMNETIES. they DO NOT WORK as shown in the past 5 of them.
This has already and will continue to produce FRAUD in falsified papers and drivers licenses and even visas.
This has got to STOP!
